We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead two internal transformation projects:
- Implementation of a new project management tool (Aliteo)
- Redesign of the current contract management system
This is a 7–8 month external engagement requiring strong ownership, coordination skills, and the ability to manage projects end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of the new PM tool, including migration and process setup
- Drive redesign and rollout of the contract management system
- Build and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, budgets, and risks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Legal, Finance, Production, and Management
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Oversee documentation, requirements, and vendor deliverables
- Organize workshops and facilitate decision-making
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience with internal tools, PM systems, or workflow applications
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to run projects independently and in a structured way
- Experience with contract management or workflow tools is an advantage
