Candidate Profile
You are:
- A hands-on technologist eager to solve complex problems

- Familiarity with lending products is welcome but not required
Your Role
- Contribute to the foundations of a new financial ecosystem
- Work closely with backend engineers on lending-focused modules
- Take end-to-end ownership of critical components and drive them forward
- Be part of a team where innovation is encouraged and success is shared
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience with Java/Kotlin
- Strong knowledge of Micronaut, Spring, and Reactor
- Advanced skills with Kotlin Coroutines
- Experience working with RabbitMQ
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki
- Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD pipelines
