Project Overview
We are supporting a Czech company specializing in healthcare digitalization and IT solutions for hospitals and medical institutions in hiring a Business Development Manager focused on the eHealth segment. This role combines commercial, consultative, and strategic responsibilities in one of the most meaningful and fast-growing sectors of technology.
The ideal candidate will help shape partnerships, translate complex IT solutions into human language, and expand the company’s presence in the Czech healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and consult on IT needs of hospitals and medical institutions
- Propose tailored solutions in cybersecurity, digitalization, and clinical IT tools
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to management and non-technical stakeholders
- Manage and develop client relationships (new and existing)
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors
- Represent the company at eHealth events and conferences
- Contribute to brand building and market expansion in the eHealth segment
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends and client needs
Skills Required
- Proven B2B sales or consulting experience, ideally in IT or healthcare
- Strong technical orientation with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Trustworthy, empathetic, and goal-driven personality
- Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset with a sense of mission
- Willingness to travel regularly and meet clients in person
- Advantage: experience in eHealth, biomedical tech, or public healthcare projects
Start Date: October 1, 2025
Contract Type: Freelance (IČO – long-term cooperation)
Location: Remote with occasional visits to the Prague office
Workload: ~2 travel days per week across the Czech Republic
