A leading international company in the travel and services sector is looking for a Technical Specialist for Automation & AI to support the design, development, and implementation of internal solutions as part of its digital transformation.
We’re seeking someone who enjoys experimenting with new technologies, understands the principles of safe AI deployment, and can inspire colleagues in adopting low-code tools and artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement process automation using Microsoft Power Automate and Copilot Studio
- Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities
- Create educational materials and lead user training sessions to support wider AI adoption
- Promote the use of AI and automation across the company
- Coordinate an internal community focused on AI enablement and citizen development
- Ensure compliance with AI Act, GDPR, and internal security standards
- Assess automation-related risks concerning data protection and transparency
- Cooperate with IT and security teams to manage compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate, Power Apps) and Copilot Studio
- Interest in and understanding of low-code / no-code tools
- Programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell) is an advantage
- Familiarity with GDPR, AI Act, and secure data handling principles
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and explain technology benefits
- Independent, curious, and eager to learn new things
- English level: minimum B1
