Our client is part of a large international travel and leisure group operating across multiple European markets. They are looking for a Digital Developer Lead who will bridge technology and business, lead development teams, and drive the evolution of digital products that directly support commercial performance.
The key mission is to reduce technical debt, set efficient collaboration standards, and ensure that digital platforms deliver real business value.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate backend and frontend development teams
- Take ownership of the development and evolution of brand websites across multiple European markets
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Define and implement development standards and processes across teams
- Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth
- Cooperate with external partners and digital agencies
- Act as a strong technology counterpart for business stakeholders
Requirements
Must-have
- Proven experience leading a development team (Tech Lead / Engineering Lead)
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, .NET Core, MVC
- Experience with MS SQL
- Solid understanding of OOP and system architecture design
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
- Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks: Vue.js or React, TypeScript
- Ability to connect technical solutions with business goals
- Strategic mindset and strong prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Nice-to-have
- Experience with digital transformation in larger organizations
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools
- Overview of cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
