As a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll build the core of our platform, integrating AI components, hotel systems, and customer applications. You’ll focus on performance, reliability, and innovation while leveraging advanced AI coding tools like Cursor, Deepcode, Copilot, and Starcoder to boost productivity.

Responsibilities
- Improve application monitoring, availability, and performance
- Align engineering productivity with modern AI capabilities
- Contribute to automated deployment, CI/CD, test automation, and release processes
- Participate in UI/UX strategy, including physical/interactive devices (holobox, humanoid units)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration
- Promote agility, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team
Requirements
- Proven experience building scalable SaaS applications (SOLID principles)
- Proficiency with relational & non-relational databases
- Strong knowledge of modern frameworks, tools, and cloud services (Azure preferred)
- Experience with AI-assisted coding, low-code, and template-based development
- Ability to work on complex projects involving interactive UIs and business logic
- Strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience mentoring engineers and fostering collaboration
