This company is looking for a Security Expert to help protect their systems, data, and users.
The candidate must have experience in cybersecurity, be familiar with cloud technologies, have the drive to elevate security standards, and be ready to face challenges in an international environment.

Job description:
- Design, implement, and manage security policies and procedures
- Monitor network events and respond to security threats
- Assess risks and propose solutions
- Manage and optimize Active Directory and M365
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability testing
- Respond quickly to incidents and cooperate on their resolution
- Provide methodological leadership in security – review outputs, assign tasks
- Communicate with company management when approving security guidelines
- Create training materials and train colleagues in security practices
- Maintain documentation and keep track of developments in cybersecurity
- Collect user feedback and suggest service improvements
Requirements:
- At least secondary education (university degree is an advantage) and 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of network security, AD administration, and ZeroTrust principles
- Experience with firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, and other security tools
- Familiarity with cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP is an advantage)
- Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls)
- Security certification (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+)
- Experience with XDR/EDR, SOC, SIEM, and monitoring tools
- English at least A2, preferably B1
