We are looking for a Senior Finance and Value Expert to support the Program Director within an enterprise-scale transformation program. You will be responsible for building and maintaining CFO-level value reporting, tracking program investments and financial performance, and supporting business case and value realization activities.

This is a senior role with direct exposure to Finance/Controlling, senior stakeholders, and the transformation leadership team.

Ihre Aufgaben

Prepare and maintain a bi-weekly CFO/executive value reporting pack, including financial metrics, presentations, and management narratives.

Track program budgets and investments across multiple workstreams, identify variances, and provide input for Controlling.

Build and maintain financial models and business cases for new and ongoing transformation initiatives.

Monitor KPIs, value realization, and key milestones, providing clear progress updates to senior management.

Work closely with Finance/Controlling and the Program Director on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Provide ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modelling, and decision support as required.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

Background in Finance, Controlling, Management Consulting, or Business Analysis.

Proven experience with executive-level financial reporting, business cases, and financial analysis in a corporate environment.

Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.

Experience with SAP-based budgeting or controlling environments is a plus.

Experience working within large-scale transformation or complex enterprise programs.

Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leadership.

Hands-on, structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Fluent English; German is a plus.
