As a Full-stack Lead, you will lead the development and improvement of customer-facing applications, focusing on innovation, reliability, usability, and responsiveness across multiple platforms and interactive devices. You will also be at the forefront of scaling productivity through modern AI coding tools.
Contract: Full-time employment: 135 000 – 140 000 CZK gross/month or contract up to 7 000 CZK/MD
Location: Hybrid (minimum 1 day/week in Prague office)
Responsibilities
- Lead application monitoring, availability, and performance optimization
- Implement AI-powered productivity tools across the engineering team
- Manage automated deployment, CI/CD, and test automation processes
- Shape UI/UX strategy for both digital and physical interfaces
- Ensure seamless integration with cross-functional teams
- Foster innovation, agile practices, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong track record in building scalable full-stack SaaS applications
- Advanced experience with non-relational databases
- Proven ability to leverage AI-assisted coding, low-code, and templates
- Deep knowledge of modern frameworks, cloud services (Azure preferred), and CI/CD
- Experience managing projects involving UIs and hardware integration
- Leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
