This is an ambitious initiative to transform a firm's engineering capability by building and deploying an AI-native engineering platform. The goal is to consolidate the company's existing software delivery and AI tooling into a single integrated product — enabling it to compete with engineering firms up to 70% larger.

You will be at the front of that effort: harnessing AI tooling to improve software delivery and building the unified platform itself. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to optimize the whole software development lifecycle for efficiency, scalability, and competitive advantage.

• Research & foundations: assess current technology maturity and readiness for AI integration, and develop scalable architectures and AI chat applications
• Proof of concepts: design, build, and pilot PoCs for selected use cases, with clear success measurement
• AI agent development: build AI-driven solutions that automate repetitive engineering tasks
• Automation frameworks: test and refine automation frameworks for reliable project deployment
• Partner collaboration: work with external partners to strengthen AI capability and close tooling gaps
• Iterative delivery: apply agile practices to drive continuous improvement, and keep communication and documentation tight

• .NET Core and C# with ASP.NET MVC Core and Web API
• React with solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Architecture patterns: microservices, Entity Framework Core, Unit of Work, Repository pattern, MediatR
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure App Service, Service Bus, Functions, SQL Database
• Data layer: MS SQL, NoSQL, Redis
• Quality tooling: xUnit unit and integration testing, OAuth / JWT, profiling and static analysis, Postman, Fiddler
• Nice to have: Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, OWASP security practices, design patterns, PowerBI / SSRS
• Very good English and a consultant's mindset — propose innovations, explain the reasoning, guide non-technical people
